I purchased the starlink mini mount for our boat and their 3 connector (incl Cigarette lighter) 5M cable, They are excellent with their communications from ordeer to delivery. Unfortunately the 5M cable had an issue as the 12V cig lighter connection would not provide enough power for the starlink mini. However they responded almost immediately to my email and offered a refund and suggested that for 5M I was better to have the Starlink Mini 2-in-1 Power Cable 5M with built-in step-up converter, which I have purchased. It is so good to be able to deal with a New Zealand company that is so responsive to their customers"

"Thanks for your recent help with replacement Starlink products. I needed a cable about 20m long but Starlink only offers 15m and 45m, so I bought one from your range at 23m. I also needed a new mount and yours is just as good and also lower price than Starlink's. Finally, Starlink quotes 2-4 weeks for delivery, but you delivered in a couple of days. Overall, better prices, faster delivery and more choice than offered by Starlink for their accessories."
